Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast journalist. The most famously known is that she's anchoring CNN's morning show At This Hour. Earlier she co-anchored the CNN Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's award-winning coverage for the presidential elections in 2012 and in 2016. She has previously worked as a Washington DC based correspondent, who covered all aspects of both US House and Senate. Bolduan was a Capitol Hill Unit member when she reported on the Congress cycle, including events like the discussion of raising the limit of federal credit as well as the debates of the super committee. She also worked as a general-assignment correspondent and reported on topics such as the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme Court's decision on Obamacare as well as the implementation in 2009 of the stimulus program.
