Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on the 30th of December 1986. Having caught the public's attention in 2010 through her hits "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses" British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly rose to the top of the charts due to her energetic electronic pop. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding makes a mark as a contemporary artist with her singing voice that is soprano and the ability of making songs that are catchy and emotional. She is similar with Kate Bush, Imogen Heap and other musicians with similar styles. Polydor Records signed her to an agreement with a record label and she started preparing for the debut album.
